Because every item is custom made to order just for you, all sales are final — we can’t resell a shirt printed with your design.
The exception: if we make a mistake — wrong item, wrong size shipped, defective print, or damage in transit — email tfrancis@motenmadecreations.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll reprint or refund you. That’s on us.
